TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"TOYOTA INTERNATIONAL RULES" PROMOTION
By entering the "Toyota International Rules" competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia where the Channel Seven or Golden West Network signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, the Golden West Network and Ontel Communications and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 20 October 2008 at 6.00pm (Perth time) and concludes on Thursday 23 October 2008 at 9.00am (Perth time) ("the Competition Period).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch SEVEN NEWS ("the Program") on the Seven Network and the Golden West Network during the Competition Period for mentions of the competition. During the Sport segment of SEVEN NEWS viewers will be directed to phone 1902 557 772 and register their name, address and daytime phone number.
3.3 All entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter as many times as they like.
3.4 Entries must be received by 9am (Perth time) on Thursday 23 October 2008.
3.5 The maximum 1902 call cost is $0.55 (including GST). 1902 call costs will be higher from mobile phones.
3.6 All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) winner.
4.2 The prize consists of:

The total prize value is $180.00. The prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 The winners are responsible for all other expenses, including all costs association with collecting the ticket, transportation to and from the game and refreshments.
4.4 In participating in the prizes, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and their companions) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, the opportunity to sit in the box will be awarded to an adult nominated by the minor. The minor may sit in one of the premium ticket seats but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4.6 Prizes can be transferred but not redeemed for cash. The winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
4.7 Full details of prizes can be obtained by telephoning Seven on 08 9344 0777.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition by 9am (Perth time) on Thursday 23 October by phoning the 1902 number and registering all details required ("Qualifying Entrant") will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place at Channel Seven Perth, off Dianella Drive, Dianella WA 6059 on Thursday 23 October at 9.05am (Perth time). One (1) Qualifying Entrant will be drawn at random from the pool.
5.2 The name of the person drawn will be announcement in a competition spot, which will be telecast on Channel Seven and the Golden West Network during SEVEN NEWS on Thursday 23 October 2008. Once the spot goes to air, the person will have 30 minutes to call Channel Seven Perth on 08 9344 0777 to claim their prize.
5.3 If the person fails to call the station within the 30 minute timeframe, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place at 9am (Perth time) on Friday 24 October 2008 at Channel Seven Perth. As soon as the redrawn takes place the person whose name is drawn will be phoned and the prize awarded to them. If that person fails to answer their phone within a 30 minute period, further redraws will be conducted in the same manner until a person answers their phone.
5.4 The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements.
5.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, the Golden West Network and Ontel Communications and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, the Golden West Network and Ontel Communications and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw;
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and the Golden West Network assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
7. PROMOTER'S DETAILS
7.1 The promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of Level 2, 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009.
7.2 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Ontel Communication, on behalf of Seven Network Limited (ABN 21 052 816 789) and its related entities ("Seven"), is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy Officer, Seven Network Limited, Level 2, 38 - 42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
"POST TELETHON RAFFLE DRAW" PROMOTION
By entering the "POST TELETHON RAFFLE DRAW" Promotion you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia who make a donation to TELETHON during the Competition Period by calling 1300 737 507 and register their full name, address and phone number and pay immediately using a current credit card or who pledge a donation and make payment at a later date.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Golden West Network, Channel 7 Telethon Trust and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Saturday 4 October 2008 at 6.00pm (Perth time) and concludes on Wednesday 31 December 2008 at 8.00pm (Perth time) ("Competition Period").
3.2 All persons who pledge donations to Telethon over the weekend of 4 and 5 October 2008 or make donations subsequent to these dates via Credit Card Payment, payment at any BankWest Branch or remittance directly to the Telethon office are eligible to enter the competition.
3.3 Following the Telethon program on 4 and 5 October 2008, announcements will be made pointing to the donor prizes and the methods through which donations can be made and pledges honoured. Viewers making donations online via the Telethon website http://telethon7perth.com.au will also be eligible to participate in the draw.
3.4 Each donation made in accordance with clause 3.2 will entitle the donor to one entry in the draw.
3.5 Donations must be received by 8.00pm (Perth time) on Wednesday 31 December 2008 to be eligible to enter the draw.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize.
4.2 The prize is:

4.3 Prize value is correct at the date of printing. The promoters accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is collected by the winner. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
4.4 Without limiting clause 4.3, insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs in relation to the Suzuki are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 If the winner of the Suzuki is under the age of 18 and/or does not hold a current Australian driver's licence as at the date of delivery of the car, the car will be transferred into the name of an adult or guardian nominated by the winner.
4.6 Prizes must be collected from the donor organisations of the prize.
4.7 In participating in the prizes, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner (and their companions) agrees to grant the promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.8 The prize cannot be transferred nor redeemed for cash nor taken in parts. The winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
4.9 The winner must comply with all prize suppliers' requirements.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each donor who has made a donation in accordance with clause 3.2 ("Qualifying Entrant") will be entered into the draw. Draws will take place at Channel 7 Telethon Trust, Channel Seven Perth, Off Dianella Drive, Dianella, on 31 January 2009 at 11am (Perth time).
5.2 The first Qualifying Entrant will be drawn at random to become the winner of the Suzuki Vitara.
5.3 The winner will be notified by a phone call within two days of the draw.
5.4 The promoters' decision is final and the promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the promoters' ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Golden West Network and Channel 7 Telethon Trust and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) in participating in the Competition or a prize;
c) in transporting, installing or using any prize;
d) due to the broadcast of any program information relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.
7. PROMOTERS' DETAILS

7.2 The benefiting party is Channel 7 Telethon Trust (ACN 069 482 829) of off Dianella Drive, Dianella WA 6059.
7.3 Entry details remain the property of the promoters. HBF Health Funds Inc on behalf of Seven Network Limited (ACN 052 816 789) and its related entities ("Seven"), is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winner).
